Investments in real estate projects carry inherent risks. Past returns do not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that:

• Project timelines may be extended
• Projected returns are estimates, not guarantees

All content on the platform, including texts, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Infocontinua S.R.L. or its licensors and is protected by Argentine and international intellectual property laws.

Infocontinua shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or investments made. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount invested by the user.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect upon their publication on the platform. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
